Cards among group on 2-way star's list

Chevis Jackson (6'1, 180) is both a standout receiver and defensive back at St Pauls Episcopal School in Mobile, Alabama. He recently spoke with Scott Kennedy and named a leader.

Chevis Jackson is one of the top 2-Way athletes in the state of Alabama this year. As a receiver he finished with 45 catches for 850 yards and nine touchdowns last season, and he had 41 tackles, two interceptions, and six forced fumbles. Where he plays on the next level will depend on which school he chooses.

"LSU wants me at defensive back, and everyone else wants me at wide receiver," said Jackson. "It doesn't really matter to me which side of the ball I play on. LSU is my favorite team right now. I also like Alabama, Louisville, Southern Miss, and Mississippi State."

Jackson doesn't have any official offers yet, but it won't be long before this versatile athlete has several to choose from.
