Sid Anvoots, a 2012 Louisville offensive line commit from Indianapolis, will attend Charlie Strong's football camp this weekend and looks forward to the opportunity to work with Dave Borbely, his future position coach at UofL.

"I'm coming down to Louisville the 11th and 12th," Anvoots told InsideTheVille.com. "I'm hoping to get a good feel for Coach Borbely, that's the main reason I signed up for it. And to get a little bit of extra help to get me through my senior season. I'm also looking forward to meeting some new prospects and talking to them [about Louisville]."

One of the prospects Anvoots plans to work on is T.C. Klusman, a 6'4, 280-pound offensive lineman from Cincinnati (OH) Elder, the same high school that former Louisville offensive lineman Eric Wood attended. Klusman holds an offer from Louisville, and has the Cardinals at the top of his list.

"I played against him last year and we're playing them this year," Anvoots said. "Coach Borbely and I have been talking to him a lot. He really likes Louisville. I think it's really just a battle between them and Pittsburgh. It would be great to have him that's for sure. We're just trying to get it in his head we really want him and really need him."

Anvoots, who said he doesn't have any other camp plans this summer besides Louisville camp, has been working hard to improve his numbers in the weight room this summer.

"We were doing heavy lifts, now we're moving into muscle endurance and agility stage of our lifts," Anvoots. "We're really getting into shape and starting to come together as a team. My squat is like 475, but my bench press is going up, it's at 355. I think I can throw up 375."
