Brandon Snell profile
"I feel like Miami-Dade County always has the best players to me," said Brandon. "I feel like that has made me a better player."
Several schools agree with Snell's assessment of his ability and they were not shy about sending offers prior to his commitment to Louisville.
It has been several weeks since the Miami-Norland star pulled the trigger for the Cardinals. A strong relationship with Coach Charlie Strong made that decision easier to make.
"I feel like me and Coach Strong have a great relationship with each other," said Brandon. "I talk to him about twice a week.
"I am going to take in a camp up there this summer and then I am going to go up there some this fall."
Having the chance to join the huddle with a family member also made Louisville a favorable destination for Snell.
"I feel like Louisville is going straight up," said Brandon. "I love the offensive system and one of the main reasons I committed was so I could play with my cousin Teddy Bridgewater who is going to be the quarterback there."
Having a man on the inside has helped Snell learn more about what to expect once he arrives on campus in 2012.
"Teddy has told me everything has been going good," said Snell. "He told me that the workouts are real good and that it's a lot different than high school."
