Friday night highlights

The University of Louisville football team has nine commitments in the Class of 2013. Here's a look back at how those players fared – and a few other targets - last weekend with their high school teams.

Kyle Bolin, QB, Lexington Catholic: Bolin is sidelined for the rest of the season after surgery to repair an ACL injury. He completed 113 of 207 passes for 1,556 yards and 14 touchdowns in seven games.

Chandler Bridges, OT, Flowery Branch, Ga.: Flowery Branch was off this week but has won seven in a row heading into Friday's game against Gainesville for the Region 7-AAAAA title.

Corey Cooper, WR, Raleigh, N.C., Millbrook: Millbrook finished its season two weeks ago with a 51-7 win over Enloe. Cooper had six catches for 83 yards and one TD in the game. Millbrook finished 3-8.

Donel Elam, LB, Orange Park, Fla., Fleming Island: Elam is the leading tackler for a 6-2 Fleming Island team that plays Gainesville Eastside on Friday.

Shamar Johnson, OL, Pensacola, Fla., Pine Forest:No individual statistics but Pine Forest is 5-3 after a 35-21 loss to Milton.

Skylar Lacy, OL, Indianapolis Southport: Southport's season is over after a 5-5 mark and loss to Lawrence Central in the first round of the playoffs.

Jacarthy Mack, DE, Lithonia, Ga., King: King moved to 9-0 on the season with a 24-17 win over Tucker and is ranked No. 2.

Terrence Ross, S, Apopka, Fla., Wekiva: Ross is having a tough season as Wekiva is now 1-8 after a 61-0 loss to Apopka.

Keith Towbridge, TE, Toledo, Ohio, Central Catholic: Towbridge scored on TD passes of 16 and 23 yards as Central Catholic downed Grafton Midview 50-7 in the first round of the Division II playoffs.

Here are a few U of L targets highlights:

James Quick, WR, Trinity (2013): Quick had just three catches for 64 yards and one TD in a 56-7 blowout of Clark County. Quick now has a state-record 276 catches for 4,308 yards and 54 touchdowns during his career.

Drew Barker QB, Conner (2014): In a blowout over Montgomery County, Barker completed 7 of 13 passes for 79 yards and one touchdown and ran 10 times for 159 yards and three TDs.

Nacarius Fant, WR, Bowling Green (2014): Fant one catch for an 59 yards and a touchdown and also had a punt return touchdown in a 62-6 blowout of Apollo. Fant set a new school record for punt returns for a TD in a season with four and touchdown receptions in a single season with 14.

Devin Hayes, QB, Bowling Green (2014): Hayes completed 6 of 7 passes for 203 yards and four touchdowns in a 62-6 win over Apollo. Hayes has now thrown for 2,018 yards and a school-record 33 TD passes.

Charles Walker, RB, St. Xavier (2014): Walker had nine carries for 67 yards and two touchdowns and two catches for 26 yards and another score in a 66-13 win over Tates Creek.

Reggie Bonnafon, WR-QB, Trinity (2014): Bonnafon had one catch for 22 yards and was 4 of 4 passing for 42 yards and three touchdowns in a 56-7 victory over Clark County.

Nick True, TE, Highlands (2014): True had just one catch for seven yards in limited time of a 56-14 blowout of Boyd County.

Dareian Watkins, Ath, Galion, Ohio (2014): Watkins had nine catches for 141 yards and one touchdown in a playoff loss.
