The 6-foot-3, 190-pound prospect attended Louisville's Junior Day on Saturday and enjoyed his time learning about the Cardinals program.
"It was a great experience," he said. "I had a wonderful time. I didn't know to much about them before I went for the visit, but I learned a lot about the program at Junior Day."
Baker has a connection with the Louisville program. He's friends with U of L redshirt freshman Kevin Houchins and was able to spend time with him during his visit.
"I have a friend that goes there, so he was able to inform me even more on what I didn't know."
His time with U of L head coach Charlie Strong and receivers coach Ron Dugans on Junior Day was what stood out the most.
"I met all of the coaches and the receivers coach," he said. "I got to talk to Coach Strong one-on-one."
While he has yet to receive an offer from Louisville, Baker discussed the possibility and hopes to receive soon.
"I talked to the receivers coach about an offer," he explained. "He wants me to come back down during spring training or he is going to come up and watch me. He said that he really likes me, so hopefully I get an offer."
Baker, who was recently described as the most impressive player at the Raw Talents Combine in Cleveland, holds scholarship offers from Akron, Minnesota, Ohio and Pittsburgh. Ohio State and West Virginia have also expressed an interest.
