The 6-foot-2, 220-pound Joseph said he would be in town for a couple of day checking out the U of L campus. He already has seven scholarship offers.
"Yes sir, I am visiting," Joseph said. "I definitely look forward to meeting the entire coaching staff, seeing the academic center as well as the facilities."
Joseph added that he's "looking forward" to the trip to U of L.
A three-star linebacker, Scout.com ranks Joseph as the No. 31 middle linebacker in the country. He also holds offers from Duke, UCLA, Clemson, Furman, Georgia Tech and Appalachian State.
During his junior season, Joseph had 129 tackles, 13 tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks, 13 quarterback hurries and five forced fumbles. He also had touchdowns on offense.
As a sophomore, Joseph had 115 total tackles, 12 tackles for a loss and two sacks in just seven games played.
