It's a battle of the Bluegrass for in recruiting for one of the top players nationally in the Class of 2014.
Five-star Indiana power forward Trey Lyles announced Monday on Twitter that he pick either Louisville or Kentucky for his college destination. He posted an Instagram photo of himself made to appear in both a U of L and also a UK jersey with the Nos. 10.
The 6-foot-9, 240-pound Lyles eliminated Butler and Florida from his list.
Lyles is ranked the No. 1 power forward and the No. 7 player overall nationally by Scout.com.
U of L coach Rick Pitino was in Indianapolis last Tuesday for an in-home visit. Lyles and his father were in Louisville earlier this month for an official visit and will make a visit to UK on Oct. 18 for Big Blue Madness.
