Three offers from Allen

Citra (Fla.) North Marion junior running back says that Miami, Georgia Tech and Cincinnati have all offered him a scholarship.

James Allen is a good looking running back prospect in the 2015 class from Citra (Fla.) North Marion High School. Allen, 6-foot-0, 180-pounds, grew up a fan of the major college football program that's right down the road.

"Florida is my team. I have grown up a Gator fan and always wanted to play for them," Allen said.

Florida is one of many teams that are recruiting Allen. Right now he has scholarship offers from Miami, Cincinnati, and Georgia Tech while Georgia, FSU, South Carolina, Minnesota, South Florida, Tennessee, Duke, Syracuse, and North Carolina State are in hot pursuit.

"I am a good speed back and I have some power," Allen said. "I grew up watching Percy Harvin. He's my favorite player. That's the guy I try and be."

Allen had a productive game against Pasco in round one of the playoffs. They won 17-7 and Allen scored both North Marion touchdowns.
