A pair of top high school basketball prospects who attend school in the Orlando, Fla., area were on hand to watch Louisville beat Central Florida 90-65 on Tuesday night.
But unlike most games, the targets were not there to watch the home team. Antonio Blakeney and Anas Osama Mahmoud were watching U of L.
The 6-foot-4, 170-pound Blakeney is a member of the Class of 2015 and attends Orlando Oak Ridge. he has over 20 scholarship offers and has become one of the top targets in '15 for U of L. Rick Pitino was in Orlando several weeks ago watching him in a game.
Blakeney is also high on Florida and is also considering North Carolina, Florida State, Oklahoma State, Kansas and more.
Scout.com lists Blakeney as the No. 68 player in the Class of 2015.
Anas Osama Mahmoud is a 7-foot-1 18-year-old Egyptian who plays at West Oaks Academy in Orlando. He's getting a ton of interest from major Division I schools and visited U of L in the fall, just after arriving in the U.S.
