"That was a great experience," Blair told Cardinal Authority on Sunday. "I loved it."
Soon after, reports began surfacing that Charlie Strong was being courted by Texas for its vacant head coach position, a job that the coach officially accepted late Saturday night.
"I kind of figured it was going to happen when I started hearing about it," said the three-star wide receiver.
Strong's departure immediately pushed the U of L commitments into a state of limbo. Blair's focus remains focused on becoming a Cardinal.
"I'm still committed and hope to stay that way," he said. "Louisville is a great place with great people and a great community. They have great academics. It's just a place that I really like."
As expected, multiple programs have reached out and expressed a strong interest. Indiana, Purdue, Wake Forest and West Virginia are working to land an official visit.
While it is likely that Blair will visit another school, Louisville remains his top choice.
"I'm still strongly committed."
