S Khane Pass Profile
Up next in the 2015 cycle is safety Khane Pass.
The older brother of 2016 quarterback Jawon Pass, who's also the owner of a Clemson offer, Khane also holds offers from UNC, N.C. State, Vanderbilt and Texas A&M.
Clemson defensive backs coach Mike Reed extended the offer to Khane after a strong showing at the Dabo Swinney Football Camp last summer.
"They were just like, you did well in the camp and we would like to offer," he said, during an interview with CUTigers at the Georgia Junior Bowl.
Pass visited Clemson three times in 2013.
"I went to the camp and I went to the games -- the Florida State and South Carolina State games," he said.
When asked about his thoughts from the Florida State game, he said, "They need some DBs. They need some help."
The 6-foot, 195-pound prospect is high on Clemson.
"I like it. I have a good relationship with the coaches," Pass said.
Reed serves as his primary recruiter to Tigertown.
"He asks me what position I want to play up when I come up there and he's waiting for me to come up there," Pass said.
UNC is currently his leader.
"North Carolina is still at the top, just because they were the first [to offer]," Pass said, during a Junior Bowl interview with Don Callahan of Inside Carolina.
As a junior, Pass had 60 tackles, six interceptions and 10 pass breakups. On the offensive side of the ball, he scored three touchdowns.
