Quentin Snider is having a big-time senior season for Ballard High School.
Snider is averaging 22.3 points and six assists a game for the top-ranked Bruins and is now getting recognized for his accomplishments on the hardwood.
The University of Louisville signee was one of seven finalist named for Kentucky Mr. Basketball honors this season. The award winner will be announced on March 18 in Lexington.
Snider and teammate Kelan Martin are both finalists along with Lafayette's Jackson Davis, Scott County's Trent Gilbert, Johnson Central's Shane Hall, Dixie Heights' Brandon Hatton and Perry County's Central's Justin Johnson.
Snider is the highest-ranked in-state player in the nation, according to Scout.com.
