Recruiting Scene: Johnson was the second commitment in the Class of 2014 for the Cardinals and then flirted with LSU but eventually stayed strong. He had several schools try to get involved after the coaching change.

Why Louisville? "I felt that (former teammate) Charles Williams, if he was going to go there, I was going to go there."

Picked U of L over: LSU and West Virginia, while Central Florida, Miami, Nebraska, and Oregon are expressed heavy interest.
