Hartwell, Ga., Hart County standout defensive back Sean Harper made two unofficial visits to Georgia at the end of last season.
Harper became familiar with then Georgia defensive coordinator Todd Grantham, who left the Bulldogs and is now the Louisville defensive coordinator under Bobby Petrino.
Grantham not only has reached out to Harper but has extended him a scholarship offer.
The 6-foot-1, 175-pound Harper said it's his first official offer. He is also hearing from Georgia, Clemson, Ohio State and Georgia State.
At the end of his junior season, Harper was selected and played in the Elite Junior Classic All-Star game. He played both sides of the ball in high school last season. As a wide receiver, Harper had nine catches for 127 yards and one TD.
