The University of Louisville football staff hosted over 30 prospects for Junior Day on Saturday, including some top in-state prospects.
Among the in-state prospects on campus was Glasgow junior running back Marquez Trigg, who had also been to U of L back in February when the staff hosted players at a basketball game.
The 6-foot, 205-pound Trigg said he "loved" the visit and was able to watch the team scrimmage and also chat with running backs coach Kolby Smith during the trip.
"It was very good," he said. "It's always fun talking to coach Smith. He said the recruiting coach in my area would be stopping by soon." Trigg said the U of L coaches are hoping to have him back for the Spring Game on Friday night. Trigg helped the Scotties to a 10-2 record, rushing for 1669 yards and 26 touchdowns. He also had five catches for 102 yards and one TD.
