Well, there sure won't be any talk of a weak schedule next season for the University of Louisville basketball program.
The Cardinals learned their ACC Conference schedule for the next two seasons on Tuesday afternoon and there were smiles all around.
The ACC schedule includes 18 league games per season, including four teams twice a year. The Cardinals will play North Carolina, Miami, Pittsburgh and Virgina. In the 2015-16 season, U of L will play Pittsburgh, Virginia, Duke and Georgia Tech in the home-and-homes.
Also next season, the Cardinals will host Duke, Clemson, North Carolina State, Virginia Tech and Notre Dame. The road games will be Florida State, Georgia Tech, Wake Forest, Boston College and Syracuse.
Dates and times will be announced at a later time by the league.
U of L will join the ACC on July 1. The Cardinals will also play Indiana on Dec. 9 in Madison Square Gardens and also have games against Kentucky and Minnesota.
