It's been a busy couple of months for Charlotte, N.C., Christian School center Brian Chaffin on the recruiting front.
The 6-foot-2, 280-pound has more than 20 scholarship offers, including one on Wednesday morning from the University of Louisville.
Chaffin is considered a three-star prospect and the No. 8 center in the country, according to Scout.com. U of L has offered several players who play the center position in the '15 class.
Chaffin also holds scholarship offers from California, Charlotte, Duke, Harvard, Marshall, Mississippi State, North Carolina, North Carolina State, Northwestern, Virginia Tech and Wake Forest. Clemson, Penn State and Stanford are also showing interest.
Chaffin has helped Charlotte Christian to back-to-back state titles and told Scout.com earlier this month that he has "no favorites," among the schools recruiting him.
He's expected to narrow his list to a few schools after the contact period is over in the middle of next month. He'll likely make a decision before his senior season begins.
