After spending time in Arkansas, University of Louisville football coach Bobby Petrino is using some of those ties in his new job.

The Cardinals have offered about a dozen prospects from the state of Arkansas, including four-star 2016 defensive tackle Austin Capps.

The 6-foot-7, 307-pound Capps, who plays at Star City High School, is the latest offer for the Cardinals on Thursday morning. His only other offer came from Arkansas last summer.

Capps is considered a top '16 prospect in Arkansas and has a stellar sophomore season with 100 tackles, including 10 sacks and 35 tackles for a loss at Star City.
