Louisville offers another Class of 2016 star

INDIANAPOLIS - The University of Louisville basketball staff has offered yet another Class of 2016 standout - Justin Jackson. The Canadian plays at Findlay Prep and had a big weekend at the adidas Invitational with Canada Elite.

University of Louisville assistant basketball coach Kenny Johnson saw enough out of Justin Jackson to make him an offer this weekend.

The 6-foot-7 Jackson, who is from Canada and attends Findlay Prep in Henderson, Nev., had several sensational outings for his Canada Elite team in the adidas Invitational.

And he left Indy with a Louisville offer.

Jackson said Indiana, Illinois and UNLV were the schools recruiting him the hardest, but Johnson has had the Cardinals also in the mix.

Jackson is ranked as the No. 33 prospect overall in the Class of 2016 and is the No. 8 small forward in the class.

During the adidas Invitational, Jackson spoke with AllHoosiers.com. He talked about his game:

"I can score from the inside, I can score from the outside," Jackson said. "And if my shot's not falling, I'm a playmaker first so I can distribute for my teammates."
