Donovan Mitchell to Louisville

The University of Louisville basketball staff is rolling on the recruiting front. The Cardinals landed a third commitment in less than a month for the Class of 2015 on Thursday night when Wolfeboro, N.H., Brewster Academy guard Donovan Mitchell committed to the Cardinals.

Wolfeboro, N.H., Brewster Academy guard Donovan Mitchell still has one day left on his visit with the University of Louisville.

But the 6-foot-3 guard already knows were he wants to go to college.

Mitchell confirmed with national analyst Evan Daniels on Thursday night that he has verbally committed to the Cardinals.

One of the fastest rising stars in the Class of 2015 this summer, Mitchell is the third commitment in a month for the Cardinals. He joins wing Deng Adel of Bradenton, Fla., and forward Ray Spalding from Trinity in the class.

"I'm needed here and I love it," Mitchell said.
