The recruiting chatter for the University of Louisville has been positive in recent weeks. The Cardinals have 16 commitments in the Class of 2015 and are generating some positive feedback after beating Miami.
The Cardinals will now host another impressive group of prospects on Saturday for the Murray State game, including some top in-state kids.
Here's a look at some of the prospects expected to attend the game:
Kareem Orr, RB-DB Chattanooga, Tenn.: The Louisville commitment is expected back for a second weekend. He said last week's game was "a blast" and "can't wait" to get to school.
Zyaire Hughes, Athlete, McCracken County: Kentucky's top prospect in the Class of 2016 among skill kids? Probably so. He's committed to Kentucky but is looking at other schools and takes his first visit to U of L.
Rodjay Burns, WR-DB, Trinity: The standout Class of 2016 prospect from Trinity had 43 catches for 743 yards and four touchdowns last season as a sophomore.
Connor Foos, DL, Trinity: One of the top 2016 prospects in the state, Foos' dad played at Notre Dame and he's being recruited by the Fighting Irish along with others.
Taye Davis, RB, Lebanon, Tenn.: A top '15 running back from Tennessee with offers from Army, Austin Peay, Southern Illinois and Tennessee State along with other looks.
Jarren Stewart, Athlete, Lebanon, Tenn.: A '16 prospect, Stewart has interest early on from Tennessee, Purdue and Miami among several other schools.
Devin Gentry, CB, Male: Another 2016 prospect, Gentry is a standout on both sides of the ball and also a track star at Male.
Tre Hornbuckle, TE, Murray: A 6-foot-5, 230-pound tight end in the Class of 2016 is one of the better prospects in Western Kentucky.
