Louisville visitors will include 3 commits

The University of Louisville football staff is expected to host a group of 20 or more unofficial visitors on Saturday during the North Carolina State game. The list includes three prospects already committed to the Cardinals.

The University of Louisville football staff will be hosting another top group of unofficial visitors on Saturday for the North Carolina State game.

The Cardinals will host around 20 prospects, including three verbal commitments.

The three commitments expected to attend the game are Chattanooga, Tenn., Notre Dame safety Kareem Orr, Pascaguola, Miss., wide receiver Jaylen Smith and Smiths Station, Ala., linebacker Amonte Caban. Those three are among 18 verbal commits for the Cardinals.

One of the top uncommitted prospects expected to attend is Prattville, Ala., three-star offensive lineman Kenny Thomas, who has offers from U of L, Virginia Tech, Mississippi State, Minnesota and Kentucky among others.

Columbia, Miss., safety Johnathan Abram and Madison, Ala., cornerback Jarek Taylor are also expected to attend. Mississippi State commit Keith Joseph is a defensive end and a teammate of Smith's at Pascagoula High School and is also expected to be at the game.

Some of the top in-state prospects expected are Trinity running back Donald Brooks and Trinity juniors Connor Foos and Damon Lowe. Caldwell County junior safety Dee Cain and Mae athlete Devin Gentry along with Collins kicker Blanton Creque.
