The University of Louisville basketball team has made the cut for one of the top 10 prospects in the Class of 2016 - Tyus Battle.

The 6-foot-6 small forward narrowed his list to 11 schools.

Battle, who had planned to make this cut of his schools, said his list includes U of L, Kentucky, Duke, Connecticut, Florida, Miami, Michigan, Ohio State, Syracuse, Villanova and Virginia.

In a recent interview, Battle told Cardinal Authority that he "didn't have any" time frame for when he wants to make a decision.

U of L coach Rick Pitino has been to see Battle several times, while the prospect made an unofficial visit to U of L's campus over the summer.

Battle is ranked as the No. 9 prospect overall in the '16 class and is considered the No. 3 small forward in the country.
