Louisville commit Orr is 'firm' on Cards

University of Louisville football commitment Kareem Orr made a visit for the U of L-UK game on Saturday and confirmed after the game that he was "firm" with the commitment to the Cardinals.

University of Louisville commitment Kareem Orr made it to a game in Papa John's Cardinal Stadium for a third time this season on Saturday.

Orr, a 6-foot, 185-pound wide receiver/defensive back from Chattanooga (Tenn.) Notre Dame, was among the visitors in the stands for U of L's 44-40 win over Kentucky.

"It was great," Orr said. "I had a lot of fun."

Orr, who held 15 scholarships before he committed to U of L, said he's been hearing from other schools but noted he was "firm" on his commitment to the Cardinals.

"It felt great to be there again," said Orr, who also attended the Miami and N.C. State games earlier this season. "I really like it there."

Orr said a date hasn't been scheduled for his official visit to U of L but noted it will be sometime in January for a basketball game.

Notre Dame lost in the state semifinals on Friday night.
