Chris Jones continues to play well since the flop incident against Kentucky. The senior point guard led No.4 Louisville with 22 points for a second consecutive game to help the Cardinals down visiting Clemson 58-52 on Wednesday night.
Jones connected on 3 of 6 three-point attempts and converted 7 of 9 free throw attempts to help him reach his season-high in the Cardinals first two ACC contests. He continues to create havoc on the defensive end and matched a season-high 5 steals against the Tigers.
The Cardinals were outrebounded (40-37) for fourth time this season but improved to 3-1 in those games.
Louisville maintained its top five national ranking in steals (10.6 per game) finishing with 11 on Wednesday marking the 12th time this season they have finished with 10 or more steals in a game.

Up next for the Cardinals is a trip to Chapel Hill. Louisville will hit the road for one of the toughest games in ACC play on Saturday at North Carolina. The Cardinals play the Tar Heels at 2 p.m. in the Dean Dome.
