U of L signee Spalding has monster game

University of Louisville signee Raymond Spalding had a huge game in the Louisville Invitational Tournament on Wednesday night for the Trinity High School basketball team. Spalding scored 14 in the fourth quarter of a 52-40 win over St. Xavier.

University of Louisville signee Raymond Spalding was there when his Trinity High School team needed him the most on Wednesday night.

Spalding scored 14 points in the fourth quarter - including five dunks - as Trinity rallied to outscore St. Xavier 21-10 in the final period and win 52-40 in the second round of the Louisville Invitational Tournament at Valley High School.

Trinity (12-3) beat St X for the second time in five days. Spalding finished this game with 26 points, 18 rebounds, four blocked shots and four steals.

Spalding is averaging 11.9 points and 7.5 rebounds a game for the Shamrocks. Trinity will play Central on Friday night at 8:45 p.m. at Valley.
