Louisville set to welcome official visitors

The University of Louisville football staff will host another impressive group of prospects on official visits this weekend

University of Louisville head coach Bobby Petrino and his staff are expected to host seven prospects on official visits this weekend.

Among the visitors are U of L cornerback commit Sheldrick Redwine. Redwine, who is listed among the nation's Top 100 corners by Scout.com, received a visit from Petrino, along with assistants Terrell Buckley and Lamar Thomas to firm up the visit.

A pair of players committed elsewhere will also be among the group. Also visiting is Julian Good-Jones of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The three-star offensive lineman is currently an Iowa State pledge. Current Mississippi State commit Darrin McNair, a three-star linebacker, is also making the trip to visit this weekend.

Keith Washington, a three-star athlete from Prattville, Ala., who received a U of L offer this week will also visit.
