Spence told Scout.com that he will make a final decision on national signing day but confirmed that Louisville was recruiting him "the hardest" at this point.
The 6-foot-3, 180-pound Spence made a visit to Central Florida last weekend and is also still considering West Virginia and Illinois. He is expected to make a visit to West Virginia next weekend.
Spence is a three-star prospect ranked as the No. 101 wide receiver in the country and the No. 41 wide receiver in the South Region.
As a senior, Spence caught 39 passes for 725 yards and seven touchdowns. He had over 1,500 yards and 17 TDs during his career at Flanagan.
Spence de-committed from Miami in early December.
