Video: Cards drop 52-47 contest at Virginia

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. - Here are a few videos from the University of Louisville locker room afetr a 52-47 loss to Virginia on Saturday night. The Cardinals scored just 13 points in the first half and nearly rebounded for the victory. Cardinal Authority was at the game and has the latest from the locker room.

The University of Louisville only scored 13 points in the first half and fell behind 24-13 at halftime only to make a game of it at Virginia on Saturday night.

The Cardinals ended up outshooting the Cavaliers but still fell 52-47 before a rowdy crowd at John Paul Jones Arena.

Malcolm Brogdon scored 15 points for No. 3 Virginia (21-1, 9-1) as the Cavaliers took a two-game lead in ACC play.

Terry Rozier scored 16 points and Montrezl Harrell 12 for the Cardinals (19-4, 7-3), who had a four-game winning streak snapped. The Cardinals trailed by as much as 13 in the game but cut it to 50-47 on Chris Jones' basket with 18 seconds left.

Jones missed a free throw and then Brogdon hit two at the other end to seal it.

Louisville didn't score for the final 10:32 of the first half and had the scoreless streak extend to just over 12 minutes before scoring again.
