Scottsdale (Az.) Saguaro High School offensive lineman Kayden Lyles admitted he didn't knwo a lot about the University of Louisville football program.

"But I'm going to read up on them," Lyles said.

U of L offensive line coach Chris Klenakis got his attention this week when he spent time in Arizona and offered at least 10 prospects, including Lyles.

The Cardinals offered four in all at Saguaro High.

That's really cool," Lyles said. "That it was four from our school is nice.

"I'm going to start to research and check them out."

The 6-foot-3, 300-poun member of the Class of 2017 also has offers from Kansas, USC, Washington, Cal, Ohio State, Michigan State, Utah, Arizona, UCLA, Missouri, Notre Dame, Arizona State, Wisconsin and Oklahoma.

A two-year starter, Lyles hasn't missed a game in two years and has helped his team win back-to-back Division III state titles.

Lyles said he would think about making a visit to U of L.

"I'm open to whatever and I'm going to go wherever I want, no matter what the distance," he said. "I'll just have to look at them and see."
