Teddy Bridgewater talks Derby, Cards, Vikings

Former University of Louisville quarterback Teddy Bridgewater, who will serve as the KDF Parade Grand Marshall on Thursday and will attend the Kentucky Derby this weekend, visited with invited media to discuss the honor and more.

Former University of Louisville and current Minnesota Vikings quarterback Teddy Bridgewater is back in his adopted hometown to serve as the Grand Marshall for the Kentucky Derby Festival parade.

Bridgewater, who will spend the weekend in the Derby City and attend the historic horse race at Churchill Downs on Saturday, visited with invited media on Thursday morning to discuss Grand Marshall honor, his rookie season with the Vikings, the start of the NFL Draft and more.

He was introduced by Steve Trager, CEO of Republic Bank, the official Derby sponsor.
