The University of Louisville football team will have a bunch of newcomers arrive on campus this weekend. The Cardinals will also have a Class of 2016 visitor on campus tomorrow.
Huntingdon, Tenn., High School defensive end Sadarius Hutcherson told Cardinal Authority that he will make the trip to Louisville for an unofficial visit on Saturday.
The 6-foot-5, 235-pound Hutcherson has an offer from the Cardinals and also has offers from Memphis and Middle Tennessee. He's also being recruited by Arkansas, Mississippi State and Mississippi.
Hutcherson said U of L extended him an offer last month and he said the Cardinals are "staying in contact."
"I wanted to come and see the campus," he said. "I like the coaches a lot."
U of L just picked up a commitment from Tennessee - Columbia, Tenn., quarterback Tylin Oden - last weekend and have offered at least six other prospects from the Volunteer State.
U of L coach Bobby Petrino said it was a state the Cardinals would be more involved with in recruiting in the '16 class.
