Maverick Rowan lists six schools

University of Louisville top recruiting Maverick Rowan tweeted a list of six schools on Monday night. Rowan is still trying to determine if he will reclassify into the Class of 2015 or stay in the Class of 2016. He told Scout.com the list is for both years, depending on his decision.

The University of Louisville is one of the six schools on the list for Fort Lauderdale, Fla., Cardinal Gibbons standout forward Maverick Rowan, who tweeted a list of six schools on Monday night.

Rowan tweeted that the six schools left on his list - in no particular order - are UCLA, St. John's, North Carolina, North Carolina State, Louisville and Wisconsin.

The 6-foot-7 Rowan confirmed to Scout.com later in the evening that the list is for "both" if he stays into the Class of 2016 or reclassifies and enrolls at a school in the Class of 2015.

Rowan has been pondering a decision to reclassify for several months and a final decision is likely to come in the next week.

Originally committed to Pittsburgh until the fall of 2014, U of L assistant coach Mike Balado was one of the first coaches to jump into the mix after he backed off the pledge. Balado and U of L coach Rick Pitino have been to watch him numerous times in a year and a half.

Louisville is the only official visit Rowan has made to date.
