University of Louisville football commitment Austin Cummins was named by the Alabama High School Athletic Association to the Alabama squad for the 2015 Alabama-Mississippi All-Star Game.
The 6-foot-5, 220-pound Cummins was one of 40 players from the state of Alabama selected.
Cummins, a tight end on offense and defensive end on defense, has caught 11 passes for 225 yards and four touchdowns as a senior. He also has 28 tackles, including two sacks, and has one blocked kick.
The Alabama-Mississippi game will be played on December 12 at the University of Southern Mississippi’s M.M. Roberts Stadium in Hattiesburg. Alabama has won the last severn games and 21 of the 28 total meetings.
