It's a small but very talented group of official visitors for the University of Louisville football staff this weekend.
The Cardinals are expected to host six prospects on campus, including two U of L commitments and one player committed to Florida State.
The pending bad weather did impact the official visits some for U of L, which will have a full house of more than 15 recruits on campus next weekend - the final weekend before signing day.
Stevenson, Ala., North Jackson three-star tight end Austin Cummins and DeSales High School punter Austin Johnson are the two prospects already committed to U of L visiting this weekend.
Cummins has been committed since March and is the lone tight end commitment, while Johnson committed in April and had an in-home visit on Monday with U of L coach Bobby Petrino.
Miami Norland three-star linebacker Emmett Rice is also expected to make a visit. The 6-foot-2, 190-pound Rice commited to Florida State last signing day but is still looking around to several places. He had over 30 sacks combined the past two seasons.
Louisville has had success in Miami recently, including Norland where recent graduate Keith Brown was from.
Junior college running back Malik Williams is also expected to make a visit, along with Nevada lineman Tyler Roemer. The 6-foot-7, 290-pound Roemer was at U of L last summer for camp.
The other visitor is Alpharetta, Ga., Milton High School hard-hitting safety Josh Moran.
