Allen Hancock Junior College running back Malik Williams finished up an official visit to the University of Louisville on Monday and left with some high praise for the Cardinals' program.
The 6-foot-3, 215-pound power back said he had "just a great time."
"It went so good; I liked it a lot," Williams said. "I'm glad it worked out (with the weather) because I got to see everything and really enjoy my time there. I got to spend some time with the players and coaches and we really bonded."
Williams said he feel like the Louisville offense would be perfect for his running style.
"I think I would be a great asset to the team," he said. "They showed me how I would fit into the offense and I think I would.
"I really hope it works out."
Williams has also been looking at Hawaii, Purdue and UAB.
Williams began the season at receiver for Hancock College, hauling in 18 catches for 217 yards and a touchdown before moving to running back. He finished his sophomore season leading the team with 525 rushing yards and five touchdowns.
