After almost a year of being committed to Miam, Homestead, Fla., South Dade High School cornerback James Wiggins wasn't hearing much from the new Hurricanes staff. So last week, Wiggins de-committed.
Wiggins said Louisville had been recruiting him and the Cardinals are getting a visit this weekend.
The 5-foot-11, 180-pound Wiggins confirmed that he'll arrive on Friday for an official visit. He said he's also considering Cincinnati and Illinois and is hearing from several other schools.
Wiggins was a first-team All-Dade County performer and was a third-team 8A All-State cornerback by the Associated Press.
He's a three-star prospect and ranked as the No. 107 cornerback in the country.
