Tucker, Ga., outside linebacker Tabarius Peterson was firm on his commitment heading into a weekend visit with the University of Louisville. He had been committed to the Cardinals since July.
Peterson said the only thing the visit did was "make me want to get back here."
"The visit was outstanding," Peterson said. "I learned a lot and I really liked it a lot.
"I learned a lot about the team spirit, the location of the school, how to get around, the coaches and just everything. It was great."
The 6-foot-2, 210-pound Peterson said he spent a lot of time with defensive coordinator Todd Grantham, listening to the plan for how the U of L staff planned to use him on the field.
And he said he "liked the ideas a lot."
"They want me as an outside linebacker, a pass rusher coming off the edge," Peterson said. "Kind of lke a hybrid."
Peterson said he's 100 percent solid and will sign at his school on Wednesday.
He was among a group of about a dozen visitors this weekend at U of L and said it was a "really good time."
"It was a great group," he said. "We had a lot of fun."
