Video from the Louisville locker room after the Cardinals slammed Syracuse 72-58 on Wednesday night

The University of Louisville men's basketball team ended a two-game losing streak with a bang, decking Syracuse 72-58 on Wednesday night at the KFC Yum Center. The Cardinals are now 20-6 overall and 9-4 in league play.

Damion Lee had 15 points, Trey Lewis added 14 and Chinanu Onuaku had 13 points and 15 rebounds as the University of Louisville men's basketball team slammed Syracuse on Wednesday night.

The Cardinals only scored six points in the first 10 minutes of the game but rolled the Orange 72-58 at the Yum Center.

The Cardinals (20-6, 9-4 in the ACC) hit 20 of 36 from the field in the second half and snapped a two-game skid. The Cardinals also held the Orange to 38 percent shooting to stop their five-game winning streak.

U of L had several runs in the second half, including one that included three straight Damion Lee three-pointers. The Cardinals outrebounded Syracuse 41-30 and outscored the Orange 50-20 in the paint.

It's the 14th straight 20-win season for the Cardinals.
