Sheldon Rankins finished his career with two sensational seasons for the Cardinals.
The 6-foot-2, 304-pound Rankins was then super impressive durign Senior Bowl practices last month before suffering a sprained knee.
Rankins has already made a major rise on the NFL Draft Boards and can solidify his spot in the first round this week. He'll be the lone Louisville player at the NFL Combine and then will participate in U of L's Pro Day on March 9.
ESPN's NFL Draft expert Mel Kiper said: "If that knee checks out fine, with the way he played and the way he performed, he's way up there, certainly in the top 15 (of the Draft)."
Rankins is slated as high as the No. 8 pick in current mock drafts.
Kiper said Rankins is "unstoppable when he's at his best," but noted he had some issued with the knee at U of L.
Rankins will have a medica exam and meet with the media on Friday and participate with the defensive line in workouts on Saturday. It's unclear what Rankins will do in Indianapolis.
As a senior, Rankins finished with 55 tackles, including 13 tackles for a loss. He had six sacks and four QB hurries.
