The University of Louisville has extended a scholarship offer to Class of 2017 top center prospect Ikey Obiagu from Decatur, Ga. The 7-foot Obiagu now has 20 scholarship offers.

University of Louisville assistant basketball coach Kenny Johnson has a new contract and is recruiting for the future.

Johnson, who signed a new deal on Tuesday afternoon, has offered a scholarship to one of the top center prospects in the Class of 2017 - Decatur, Ga., Greenforest McCalep Christian Academy standout Ike Obiagu.

The 7-foot Obiagu confirmed to Scout.com that the Cardinals were his 20th scholarship offer.

Obiagu is ranked as the No. 8 player in the Class of 2017 and checks in as the No. 4 center. He led the Georgia Stars to the Peach Jam 16s title last summer and is considered the top shot blocker in high school hoops.

In helping Greenforest to the Class A Private School state title, Obiagu had seven blocks in the title game. Greenforest finished the season 30-2.
