Mouth of Wilson, Va., Oak Hill Academy point guard Lindell Wiggington has picked up offer No. 10.
The 6-foot-2 Wiggington, who is the first Canadian to play at Oak Hill, confirmed he has been offered by Louisville associate head coach Kenny Johnson. The Cardinals have seen the Class of 2017 prospect play several times this season.
"He told me how they let their guards play and how they need a guard like me," Wiggington said. "He said that I fit the style of play they like to play at Louisville. I know they really do let their guards play."
Wiggington is ranked as the No. 78 player nationally by Scout.com. Among his other offers are Oregon, Tennessee, Virginia Tech, Arizona, Boston College, Florida State and Georgia.
He said there are no favorites but he would take a "long look" at Louisville.
"They have a great coaching staff and I know the campus and facilities are amazing," Wiggington said. "I really like how they let their guards play and I think I could fit in there."
