Louisville offensive line signee Robbie Bell attended the spring game; talks about the team and his future with the Cardinals

University of Louisville offensive line signee Robbie Bell attended the Cardinals' spring football game. He spoke to Cardinal Authority about the team and his future with the Cardinals.

Robbie Bell has been to the University of Louisville about a dozen times.

But his next trip will be one he won't forget. Bell, who signed with the Cardinals' in February, attended the spring game last weekend and said the next time he's in town will be around May 28 when he enrolls in classes.

"I can't wait," Bell said.

The 6-foot-5, 290-pound Bell is an offensive lineman who was one of the first commitments in the class and helped the U of L staff do some recruiting of the other members of the Class of 2016.

He spent time during the spring game with around 15 other members of the class.

"I thought the game went well," Bell said. "The offense showed that they've improved upon the ending of last season and is looking better and better. I also had a lot of fun with all the commits and getting to talk to them more."

Bell is a three-star prospect from Hoschton, Ga., Mill Creek High School. He had more than 35 pancake blocks as a senior as Mill Creek finished the season 13-1 and lost in the state semifinals.

"I think this is going to be a good class and I'm excited to be part of it," Bell said. "We're going to do something special."
