University of Louisville football coach Bobby Petrino said last week he wasn't "a big fan" of the satellite camps that many college football programs are starting to hold around the country.
But Petrino said he knew his staff had to keep up with others, so they were likely to participate in one or two.
And now we know the Cardinals' staff will be part of one on the University of West Georgia campus on June 7. Louisville will join nine other FBS programs, according to an advertisement for the camp, at the West Georgia's Elite Prospect Showcase camp.
Louisville hasn't announced any details for off-campus camps but is expected to only participate in this one.
The other schools expected at West Georgia include, Indiana, Minnesota, Duke, Memphis, Georgia, Western Kentucky, USC, Southern Mississippi, Louisiana Lafayette and Georgia Southern.
Louisville has signed 13 players from the state of Georgia in the last two singing classes.
