Doss High School 2018 athlete Terez Traynor already has scholarship offers from Cincinnati and Morehead State.
But so far this season, Traynor has started to emerge as one of the elite '18 prospects in the Louisville-area. He had 225 yards rushing and four touchdowns in two games, while completing 11 of 21 passes for 140 yards and one more score.
The 6-foot-3, 185-pound Traynor is now on a lot of radars, including the University of Louisville.
Traynor camped at U of L over the summer and on Thursday night was back on the sidelines before the season-opener against Charlotte as one of about 30 visitors for the Cardinals' coaching staff.
"I loved seeing future NFL stars play right in my eyes," Traynor said. "It was crazy and makes me think even more about wanting to be a Card one day. The atmosphere was just so crazy.
"I talked to a few of the coaches and they are great people to be around. I liked it a lot."
Traynor said his father is a Kentucky fan and he grew up watching the Wildcats but his time at U of L's camp and now at the game has "made me a really big fan," of the Cardinals.
UK, South Florida and Western Kentucky are among the other schools showing him interest.
