Louisville picked up victory No. 100 in the KFC Yum! Center with a 78-47 win over Evansville on Friday night.
Junior forward Jaylen Johnson led the No. 13 Cardinals with his first career double-double, registering new personal bests with 19 points and 14 rebounds. He also recorded a new career high with three blocks.
The Cardinals used a 20-0 run during the final nine minutes of the first half to pull away from the visiting Aces. After grabbing a 43-27 halftime lead, U of L continued to pull away throughout the second half.
Donovan Mitchell added 15 points and Anas Mahmoud scored 10 points for Louisville, which shot a collective 47.6 percent from the floor for the game.
