Manchester, Tenn., Coffee County Central athlete Alontae Taylor has already committed to Tennessee.
But the 2018 prospect, who is ranked among the top 300 prospects nationally by Scout.com, has said he was still looking around and would make a few unofficial visits to other schools.
And last weekend it was Louisville's turn to try and impress Taylor.
The 6-foot-1, 190-pound Taylor made the trip North to watch the Cardinals play against ACC foe Wake Forest and he left impressed.
"I can tell you how my visit was in two words: 'Absolutely amazing'," Taylor said.
Taylor, a two-way star for Coffee County, is ranked as the No. 17 athlete in the '18 class. He checks in as the No. 285 prospect overall and is the No. 6 athlete in the South.
He said Tennessee is still his top choice but said the "offense (at Louisville) is perfect for me."
"(Louisville is) No. 2, right behind UT," Taylor said.
