Wide Receiver Joshua Tinch
On the readiness of the receiving corp
Things are looking great. We have come together these last couple weeks of fall camp and we've doing some great things. Everybody is showing great leadership and hopefully we'll take it to the field and do our best.
On Bobby Petrino's game plan
He put in a game plan when he first arrived and we've had seven months of preparation. Everything he has been doing has been getting us ready for this first game.
On the Cardinal secondary
We have a good secondary. They work hard. Some of them are young, but they have been catching on real fast and I think we'll be good overall.
Offensive Coordinator & Receivers Coach Paul Petrino
On the unity between QB Stefan LeFors and the receivers
I think it has become better all along. They all worked so hard during the summer that it them all ahead. The timing is good, but now they need to step up and make plays. I told them that with Stefan being young and this being his first chance to play that it is important the we play great and make all the catches and help build his confidence up.
On WR J.R. Russell
He has unbelievable talent and he just needs to make sure that he remains focused. When he does he has a chance to be real good.
On the game plan It's all coming together and we just need to go out there and execute.
Quarterback Michael Bush
On the possibility of playing other positions against Kentucky
My focus and goal is to become a quarterback, but for right now I will do whatever the coach needs to do to help the team win.
On his anticipation for the Kentucky game
I'm still not trying to think about and won't until we go to Lexington in a few days.
