It's Governor's Cup week.
The Louisville Cardinals will host the Kentucky Wildcats in a rivalry game on Saturday at noon in Papa John's Cardinal Stadium.
The series is tied at 14 but the Cardinals have dominated recently, winning five straight games in the series.
"I look forward to the week of preparation," U of L coach Bobby Petrino said. "We've settled into this being the last weekend of the season on rivalry weekend. I think it's good for us. It's good for the state and we're excited about it."
Kentucky had won four in a row in the series but the Cardinals won 24-17 in 2011 to start the current streak.
The last two years the Cardinals won coming from behind, with Kyle Bolin leading the charge two years ago. Last season, the Cardinals fell behind 21-0 but rallied behind Lamar Jackson's 316 yards and three TDs.
U of L is 5-6 at home, while 9-8 on the road in the series.
