No. 14 Louisville had four players score in double-figures to lead the Cardinals to a 79-70 road win against Grand Cayon on Saturday night.
Playing in front of raucous 7,493, the Cardinals struggled to separate themselves from the host Antelopes, who led 37-36 at the half.

Deng Adel paced Louisville with 15 points, with Ray Spalding and V.J. King each scoring 14. Matz Stockman added 10 points on 3-of-3 shooting from the floor.
Dewayne Russell poured in 42 points, hitting 14 of 27 attempts, to led Grand Canyon, which had no other player score in double figures.
After shooting just 40 percent from the floor during the first half, U of L connected on 54.8 percent of its attempted in the second frame to pull away for the win.
Up next for Louisville is a home contest against Southern Illinois on Wednesday evening.
